Our Mission Statement
We offer a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment for people of all capabilities and ages, from beginners to the very experienced student looking to deepen their practice. We offer classes in Yoga and soon again will offer T’ai Chi Chih®. We preserve, embrace and share these practices that activate, circulate and balance the vital force energy (Prana or Chi) for the promotion of health, well-being and joy. Both practices can bring improved balance, longevity and serenity, providing the opportunity for inner peace and tranquility. For more, see our About Us page.
