Our Mission Statement

We offer a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment for people of all capabilities and ages, from beginners to the very experienced student looking to deepen their practice. We offer classes in Yoga and T’ai Chi Chih®. We preserve, embrace and share these practices that activate, circulate and balance the vital force energy (Prana or Chi) for the promotion of health, well-being and joy. Both practices can bring improved balance, longevity and serenity, providing the opportunity for inner peace and tranquility. For more, see our About Us page.

“Whenever we find stiffness in the body, our mind should be especially supple. It is never the stiffness in our bodies that limits our practice, it is always the stiffness of our mind.”
“We are missing the gold if we do asanas as a physical practice only.”
"Yoga is a light which once lit will never dim. The better you practice, the brighter the flame."
"The Light that yoga sheds on Life is something special. It is transformative. It does not just change the way we see things; it transforms the person who sees."
"It is through your body that you realize you are a spark of divinity."
"Practice, practice, practice and the rest will follow."
