Morning Yoga Practice with Jeneth

Service Description

Show up ready to join Jeneth in her personal practice from your own home (or vacation rental;-) Listen - watch - follow along at your own pace. Students will not be watched or corrected. You will be guided verbally & visually as she names the pose & practices the pose with basic instructions. A brief Q & A will close each session. “Make your home your ashram!” -BKS Iyengar
