“Yoga does not just change the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees.”
BKS Iyengar, Light on Life
The first two limbs of Astanga Yoga, Yama and Niyama, set out the general precepts for living a life of integrity. They are often referred to and studied in a philosophical manner. Again and again, however, B.K.S. Iyengar encouraged us to apply them to our daily lives. In this workshop, Anna will guide you towards a deeper understanding of how Yama and Niyama can be cultured and refined through our asana and pranayama practices. Come prepared to work and laugh.
